Through personable and technology supported marketing and servicing activities Tourism Calgary strives to build and establish relationships with leisure travelers, meeting planners and travel industry professionals in both domestic and international markets, as well as with the travel media.

A Promise to our Customers Visitor Industry Code of Business Practices As Tourism Calgary's industry partners, we want our visitors to know we care about customer satisfaction and consumer protection.
