| When you invest in a Tourism Calgary membership, the personal information you provide assists us in our efforts to market and promote your company/organization’s products and services. We do use your personal information to inform you about services, promotions and programs that may be of interest to you. We do not share information with organizations outside of our Tourism Calgary membership that could use it to contact you for their own purposes. We do not sell or otherwise market personal information other than making the membership list available to Tourism Calgary partners. By accepting a membership with Tourism Calgary, we assume your consent for our organization to use your personal information in an appropriate manner and are committed to this end. |

Our employees, who are granted access to personal information, understand the need to keep this information confidential and are obligated to do so. They understand they are to use the information for the purpose intended. We strive to protect personal information while in our possession by either physical or systematic means, along with proper processes to protect member information from unauthorized access or use. We will make every reasonable attempt to ensure the information is accurate and up to date. |
